Acceptable use
You agree to use Treffa only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You may not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or violate the rights of others.
Account & data
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You retain ownership of your data; we process it only as necessary to provide the service.
Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Treffa’s liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for other legitimate reasons.
